All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery:
• U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days
• U.S. Express: 1–3 business days

Beau’T Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping provider directly.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Due to the sanitary nature of lash products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email beautstudios1@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.

Refunds are issued only if:
• The wrong product is received
• Your order is canceled by us before processing

Refunds take 3–7 business days to return to your original payment method once approved.

Order cancellations are not allowed.

Once an order is processed or a tracking number is created, it cannot be modified or canceled.

• All training courses require a non-refundable deposit
• You may reschedule once with 72+ hours’ notice
• Last-minute rescheduling or no-shows forfeit the deposit
• Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund
• Certificates are awarded only upon full course completion and proper technique demonstration

Your privacy matters to us. Beau’T Studios collects basic information (name, address, email, etc.) only to process orders and provide support.

We never sell or share your information with third parties.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

By using our site, you consent to our privacy practices.

All content—including text, photos, designs, and logos—is the property of Beau’T Studios and may not be copied or redistributed.

Beau’T Studios is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of lash products.

Please use adhesives and tools with proper training and safety.
